Practise Filming
For the short film, I didn't want to just jump into the filming process without having some sort of practise and to work around with the location (lighting & props) - This allowed me to gain some clips that I can potentially use within the film as well as having some scenes where I can replicate again in the real filming. By incorporating a practise run of filming for the short film, after collecting all clips and looking back, there are scenes that don't particularly fit together that need clips to lead into it.
This has then allowed me to plan out what shots and different camera angles I can use within clips as preparation for the real short film filming. This prep I feel helps analyse where certain faults can occur within the real filming can be prevented before filming. I performed 2 different practice filming sessions, this was to experiment around with lighting inside of the barn/building at different times of the day as well as experimenting with other possible actors. This allowed me to look at footage between filming and see where improvements were needed to make the short film the most successful and realistic it can be.

Clips of Beginning - Entrance to the Barns driveway
Meeting up with the Estate Agent
These scenes were just a practise for cutting and editing back & forth from the POV of the ghost/supernatural creature as well as a tracking shot toward the estate agent. The use of continuity is key, I found that after editing the two clips together, the estate agent shook the hand of the couple the other way round so the clips didn't really reflect the other from the POV.
Potential Ghostly Clips included into final film?
By speeding up the clip and including a darker effect to the clip, this can then create the 'ghost'/'creature' to look and seem much more supernatural and less human like. The use of the mask and costume - abides by the general conventions of a horror film. The use of the weird movements and actions made by the actor also creates a very freaky atmosphere within the clip.
Entrance of the couple
The use of the panning shot allows the audience to gain a little bit more knowledge about the location of which the short film is going to be set. The entrance of the car from out of the shot allows the entrance of the couple to seem more related to the film.
